About the Author

Major Pradeep Khare is a veteran of the Indian Army. He took VRS in 1999 after serving for two decades in the Army Educational Corps. He was mainly dealing with the training of officers in the Army. He served at premier training establishments like National Defence Academy, Indian Military Academy, AEC Training College, and Sainik School, Kapurthala. He is writing a motivational blog www.fragranceofsuccess.wordpress.com. He is a columnist and author of six motivational books. He is also running a motivational YouTube channel Guldasta, which has been awarded as Inspiring You Tuber of the Year.
He is on a mission to pick up blooming buds of success from any nook and corner, and present them before 'ignited minds' like you.
